Overview
We aim to deliver a smooth and transparent shopping experience. This document explains our shipping, delivery, return, and refund processes.

  1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5 working days after payment confirmation. Please ensure that your name, complete address, phone number, and email ID are accurate to avoid delays. If any clarification is needed, we will contact you via email.

  1. Payment Methods

We accept secure online payments via credit card, debit card, net banking, and UPI.
All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways to ensure the highest level of security and data protection.

Your payment details are encrypted and safely transmitted to guarantee a secure and seamless checkout experience.

  1. Order Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped. Tracking details (if available) will be shared for your convenience.

  1. International Shipping and Customs

International orders are shipped via India Post. Delivery timelines vary by country, typically 3–4 weeks. Customs clearance is the responsibility of the buyer. We are not liable for delays or confiscations by local customs authorities.

  1. Returns and Exchanges

Our return policy lasts 3 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please email care@itihasa.online with your order ID to initiate a return.

Items damaged due to customer handling or returned after 3 days are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

  1. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returned items must be mailed to: care@itihasa.online.

  1. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 48 business hours and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Sale items are non-refundable.

  1. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, contact care@itihasa.online.

  1. Pricing Accuracy and Errors

We strive for accurate pricing. However, if a pricing error occurs, we will cancel your order and notify you. If you have been overcharged, the excess amount will be refunded.

  1. Shopping Cart and Availability

Prices shown in your cart reflect the most current rates and may differ from earlier viewed prices. We reserve the right to limit or refuse sales if we believe purchases are being made for resale.
